Nordco LLC. guarantees that the Dead-On Range Finder is an accurate bracketing based ranging device that is free from material defect.

Material Defect

All claims of materail defect must be made directly to Nordco LLC. in writing.  Please send the defective product, postage paid, along with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of the defect to:

Upon substantiation of your claim, Nordco LLC. will contact you and offer you an option of either receiving 2 new Dead-On Range Finders, or 200% the purchase price from your receipt.

Customer Dissatisfaction

All claims of dissatisfaction with the Dead-On Range Finder must be based on a claim of inaccuracy with the device.  Claims must be made directly to Nordco LLC in writing.  Please send the defective product, postage paid, along with a copy of your receipt along with the Letter of Verification^* of default to the address provided above. 

Upon review of the claim, and confirmation from the Professional Archery Shop providing the Letter of Verification, Nordco LLC will refund 200% of the purchase price from your receipt.

* Letter of verification

All claims of inaccuracy must include a document provided by a local archery shop stating that they have tested the product, as installed on the clients Bow and have determined that the device has been installed correctly, properly calibrated and still produces range estimation results that are greater/less than 10% of the distance measured at 30 yards.
